Refund Policy

14-day right of withdrawal

You can return any unopened bottle within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the product price and the standard delivery cost.

Conditions

• Bottles must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• The return must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.
• Return shipping is at your cost unless the product was defective on arrival.

How to start a return

1. Email hello@ekkes.ch with your order number and the reason for return.
2. We will reply within 2 business days with a return address and instructions.
3. Pack the bottles carefully and ship them back via Swiss Post.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Damaged or defective items

If a bottle arrives broken, contaminated, or otherwise defective, contact us within 7 days. Include photos showing the issue. We will arrange free return or replacement at no cost to you.

Order cancellation before shipment

You may cancel an order at no cost while it is still in "Awaiting payment" or "Paid" status. Once a tracking number is issued, the right of withdrawal applies instead.
